Shipping
We do our best to process all orders within 2 - 4 business days.
You should receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled.
If you have chosen a tracked service, please allow some time for the tracking info to be updated on the carrier's tracking page.
* Tracked shipping without insurance means that if your parcel got lost or damaged by postal services you are only entitled for shipping fees reimbursement.
* Tracked shipping with insurance means that if your parcel got lost or damaged by postal services you are only entitled to full reimbursement.
* Standard shipping does not provide tracking nor insurance.
Attention reg. posters:
Combined shipping will not apply to orders that include a poster. Posters are conscientiously rolled, packed in a tube and shipped separately.
All items are shipped from Belgium.
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Belgium 2 -3 business days.
Netherlands, France, Germany 5 - 10 business days.
Rest of Europe 6 - 15 business days.
Returns
All returns within 30 days. Returned items must be in their original condition including their tags and must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered in any way.
Shipping costs are non refundable and return costs are not covered by Highway Holidays.
We kindly advise you to return your parcel using a track and trace code.
If parcels get lost or damage during transport, Highway Holidays is not responsible for a reimbursement.
Vinyls and posters are packed very carefully and in pristine condition. Wa cannot be held responsible for any minor cosmetic damage, such as corner dings, bends.
Reimbursement
You will receive a refund after we have received the goods according to the above steps.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's payment method, within 7 days after we’ve received your package.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items.
